It is a pleasure to share my Broomfield residential real estate market report for May 2020 with you. Broomfield has shifted from “Stay At Home” Orders to a “Safer At Home” Plan. The new rules are less stringent, and they improve my ability to list & sell Real Estate. My #1 priority remains the safety and health of my clients and associates, so I plan to work with an abundance of caution within these new rules. As our State and our local communities start to re-open, I will keep you updated on what it all means for you. As always, please feel free to call me with any questions.
I CAN:
- Show our clients property in person, with no more than 2 clients present at a time. All parties must wear masks and practice social distancing.
- Schedule appointments with RE Professionals like Photographers, Stagers, Repairs, Etc.
- Go to a listing appointment
I CANNOT:
- Travel in cars with my clients.
- Join the Photographer during their appointment
- Host Open Houses
- Whenever a virtual listing appointment or virtual showings are possible, I am encouraged to do so in lieu of in-person appointments. If you are a Buyer or Seller, and you want to discuss what these new rules mean for you, please call me.
